Park Avenue was formerly known as Fourth Avenue and you'll find it runs parallel to Madison Avenue and Lexington Avenue. It is also one of the most expensive streets to live in New York. It is seen per square foot as more expensive than most cities in the USA, it is only second to London.

The area is quite famous for a very visually pleasing reason too. There is a unique flavor of greener that goes through the city roads and also at a corner of some of the intersections.
